Elderday Center is a supervised adult daycare program for seniors in the Fox Valley (Batavia, IL). Ours is
one of the largest and most active adult daycares in the Fox Valley and the whole Chicago area. We also offer specialized
respite services to caregivers.

Not all seniors who are experiencing age-related health problems
need nursing home care. Some are just frail or suffering from isolation, depression, loneliness, Alzheimer's Disease, or another form of dementia.

Elderday encourages seniors to do as much as possible for as long as
possible. Structured daily activity is vital to maintaining independence. Seniors with dementia or depression particularly
benefit from the stimulation they receive at Elderday Center senior daycare. Watching TV can contribute to isolation, loneliness, memory
loss, and physical deterioration. Being active helps prevent these.

HOURS AND FEES:
The adult daycare is open
Monday through Friday from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Fees are $9.30 per hour. For the benefit of clients, especially those with memory
loss, we require a minimum attendance of five hours, two days per week. Fees include all meals, snacks, supplies, exercise, outings, and recreation. Medicare and medical insurance do not
cover this cost, but long-term care insurance typically does. Those clients with few assets may qualify for Community
Care funding to pay for the program and available transportation. Caregiver respite services are free of charge.

Center is located in the Bethany Ministry building at Bethany Lutheran Church in Batavia, IL (on Wilson Street one block
west of Route 31). The parking lot entrance is on Lincoln Street, and our door is at the very end of the lot.
