Micki Miller, MS, LCPC:
Micki has served as Executive Director for 12 years. Micki holds Master of Science in Clinical Psychology and has worked with
children, older adults, rural mental health, incarcerated males, foster children, adoption, bilingual outreach, and private
practice.
Kathy Hanlon, LCSW: Kathy holds a Master's
Degree in Social Work. Kathy has an extensive history working in mental health and older adults. She runs four caregiver support
groups for caregivers in Kane County and provides individual counseling for caregivers.
Barb Rittmueller, RN: Barb has been serving the clients at Elderday Center for years. She
brings with her a great sense of humor and dedication to our clients.
Sandy Zenz, RN: Sandy is another one of our valuable nurses. Sandy has been serving seniors in Kane and DuPage
Counties for years.
Traci Eggleston, MSW: Traci began
at Elderday as an intern and loved it so much she never left. She now holds a Master's Degree in Social Work with a specialization
in Gerontology. Traci completes intake assessments, provides caregiver support, writes grants and assists with program
development.
Holly Holden, MSW, LSW: Holly has been with
Elderday Center since 2007 when she began as an intern. Holly has great enthusiasm for our clients. She currently serves as
Activity Director and has her Master's Degree in Social Work.
Michelle
Descourouez, B.A.: Michelle has a wonderful skill set that has served Elderday Center well. She currently serves as
Program Director and maintains marketing efforts, community relations, Community Care Program, and many other tasks.
Debbie Kelly: Debbie has served as our faithful administrative assistant for years. Her attention
to detail continues to be an asset to Elderday.
Sean
Kelly: Sean has been with Elderday for over two years. He holds a Food Management Certification, Program Assistant
Certification, CPR Certification and has a CDL liscense to drive our Elderday bus. Sean has a special passion for our older
adults and is seeking to continue his education to better serve seniors.
Stephanie Henkel: Stephanie is one of our valuable activity aides. She has been with us for approximately 6 years.
She is CPR certified and has worked previously as a C.N.A.
Sheila
Arnst: Sheila began at Elderday Center as a volunteer and feel in love with working with older adults. Sheila now works
as a activity aide and also provides administrative support. Sheila is CPR certified.
Ashley Jensen: Ashley is another one of our valuable activity aides. She is currently pursuing a Bachelor's
degree in Psychology from Northern Illinois Universtiy. Ashley is also CPR certified.
Angela Lempke, B.A. : Angela has been with Elderday for over two years as an activity aide. Angela has a Bachelor's
degree in Art History. She offers her artistic and hospitality talents to Elderday Center. Angela is CPR certified and has
a Food Management Certification as well.
Keenan Williams:
Keenan has been an activity aide for Elderday Center for over two years. Keenan is working on a degree in Sociology at Waubonsee
Community College. He is also CPR trained.
Val Parus, B.A.:
Val has been with Elderday Center for years. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and is pursuing a CADC certification.
Val is CPR certified and passionate about our seniors.
Shirley
Martin, RN: Shirley serves as a alternate nurse and activity aide with Elderday Center. She has a great interest in
the well-being and personal histories of our clients.
