STATEMENT Elderday Center is committed
to providing quality day services and promoting independence for older adults and providing support and education for their
caregivers.

Traci Eggleston, MSW: Traci is Elderday Center's Executive Director. She holds a Bachelor's degree in psychology,
a Master's Degree in social work with a specialization in Gerontology and a certificate in Marketing. She brings with her
an extensive work history including healthcare, marketing and social services. Traci is committed to giving back to those
who have made a difference in our community through the quality services that Elderday provides. Kathy Hanlon, LCSW: Kathy holds a Master's
Degree in Social Work. Kathy has an expansive knowledge of mental health and older adults. She runs four caregiver support
groups for caregivers in Kane County and provides individual counseling for caregivers at no cost due to a special grant from
the state of Illinois. Carol Malmgren,
RN: Carol recently joined Elderday from another adult day center and we are lucky to have her. She brings with
her a committment to excellence and dedication to promoting our clients well being. Carol is also a trained CPR professional
and trains other professionals when she is not at Elderday. Sandy Zenz, RN: Sandy is another one
of our valuable nurses. Sandy serves seniors in Kane and DuPage Counties. She is known for her great smile and compassionate
nature. Sandy's versatile training serves our seniors well as she is very knowledgeable about senior health issues. Sandy carefully monitors our program participants' health through blood pressure and weight checks,
medication management, and communicating with health professionals Joyce Vittorio: Joyce is Elderday's talented administrative assistant
and billing specialist. Her attention to detail continues to be an asset to our agency. Joyce handles billing, provides administrative
support, and is dedicated to making sure Elderday excels. Stephanie Henkel: Stephanie is one of
our valuable activity aides. She has been with us for approximately 6 years. She is CPR certified and has worked previously
as a C.N.A. Andrea Lopez: Andrea's enthusiasm, sweet
nature and creativity make her an excellent activity aide. Andrea has a bachelor's degree in social work and is billingual.
She has been known to start dancing (when she thinks no one is watching of course!) and always has a smile on her face. Gina Camacho: Gina has been caring for individuals for many years. She has a soft deamenor and is very kind. We are grateful
to have such a natural talent with us at Elderday Center. Gina takes exceptional care of all our program participants. Shirley Martin, RN: Shirley serves as an activity aide and alternate nurse with Elderday Center. She
has a great interest in the well-being and personal histories of our clients. Angela Lempke, B.A.:
Angela is one of our full time activity aides. Angela has a bachelor's degree in Art History. She offers her artistic and
hospitality talents to Elderday Center. She is also CPR certified and has a Food Management Certication.
